Shipping policy

All items purchased at www.RiseExtra.com are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a shipping carrier. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility. WEBSTORES LTD is not legally obligated to refund or replace lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment, we recommend you contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

WEBSTORES LTD is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, due to misinformation given at the time of purchase. Please double check that all contact information is entered accurately before completing the transaction.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, we will contact the customer via email. If the customer provides a corrected shipping address, we will resend the package. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. If correct shipping address is not available, the customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. 

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from delivery address and a 10% restocking fee. Please purchase mindfully.

Please keep in mind that during the warm and hot summer months, there is a possibility that candy and honey-based products will melt during shipping. Damage can include, but is not limited to, melted gummy candies and leaking honey sachets. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt, do not purchase any products that may melt in hot temperatures. We consider these situations as damage during shipping and we DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on any items damaged from heat and high temperatures during shipping, or after the products have been delivered at their final destination.

Available shipping methods and fees

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and do not provide international shipping. We generally ship by USPS, but may use a different carrier at our discretion (UPS, FedEx). We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.

SHIPPING FEES:

  • All orders under $79 have flat rate standard shipping for $6.99
  • Free shipping for all orders over $79
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Express 1-2 day shipping is available within the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $19.99

TRANSIT TIMES AND HANDLING:
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in stock items only) during the business week. Your order will be processed and shipped same business day if made before 11 am CST. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by us, or our shipping partners, and the shipping option you choose takes effect on the day your order ships, not the day you order. USPS, FedEx or UPS does not guarantee delivery around holidays, and in the case of bad weather. We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect, or not 100% complete.

Change of delivery address or canceling an order

We are unable to cancel an order or change the shipping address once the order's status is "Processed". Orders move very quickly through the warehouse system. Please contact us immediately via e-mail at info@riseextra.com., however, keep in mind that it is very difficult to make changes or cancel and order especially once it has been in the system for 2 hours or more.
